House Rules
I. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Check-out time is from 08:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
II. Room Occupancy
The maximum occupancy for each room is clearly stated and should not be exceeded.
Children under the age of 5 can stay for free using existing bedding. Additional charges may apply for extra beds or cribs.
III. Room Keys & Security
Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their room key(s). Lost or unreturned keys may incur a replacement fee.
Please ensure that your room door is securely closed and locked when leaving the room or retiring for the night.
IV. Payment & Reservation
Guests are required to provide valid identification upon check-in.
Payment for the room, taxes, and any additional charges is expected at the time of check-in unless prior arrangements have been made. Reservation cancellations or modifications must be made according to the hotel's policy to avoid any penalties.
V. Smoking & Alcohol Policy
Our hotel and the entire property - including the outdoor areas - are strictly non-smoking and alcohol-free. Smoking and drinking are prohibited in all areas of the hotel, including but not limited to guest rooms, public spaces, balconies, and the park. Any violation of the smoking and alcohol policy will result in a fine of up to CHF 1'500.- and potential eviction from the hotel.
VI. Noise & Disturbances
Please be considerate of other guests by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.
Parties, excessive noise, or any disruptive behavior that disturbs other guests will not be tolerated and can result in potential eviction from the hotel.
VII. Damages & Lost Items
Guests will be held responsible for any damages caused to the hotel property during their stay.
Lost or stolen items should be reported to the front desk immediately. The hotel is not liable for any lost or stolen belongings.
VIII. Personal Safety & Liability
Guests are responsible for their personal safety and the security of their belongings.
The hotel shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses incurred during the stay.
IX. Pets
Pets are not allowed inside the hotel and its entire property, including the park.
X. Facilities & Amenities
Guests are expected to use hotel facilities and amenities responsibly and follow any posted guidelines.
Any damages caused to hotel property or amenities due to misuse may result in additional charges.
XI. Compliance with Laws & Regulations
Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay.
Any illegal activities or behavior that violates the law will be reported to the authorities.
XII. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to treat hotel staff and other guests with respect and courtesy.
Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
Please note that these rules and regulations are subject to change without prior notice. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the stay of any guest who fails to comply with the rules and regulations or whose conduct adversely affects the comfort or safety of others.
